Fees. The fee for your endodontic treatment depends on the complexity and extent of care required. At your consultation we will review your diagnosis, the recommended treatment plan, the anticipated number and length of appointments, and provide a clear estimate before any treatment begins.

Private insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. We do not accept assignment of benefits from private insurance plans, but we will provide all documentation you need to claim reimbursement directly from your insurer.

Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). We bill Sun Life directly for CDCP-covered services. You are responsible only for your co-payment, if any, and any amount the plan does not cover. We will review this with you before treatment begins.

To help us accommodate all patients requiring care, we kindly request a minimum of two business days (48 hours) notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
